We are searching for a dynamic training manager to join our team to deliver best in class technical training to our customers engineers. Predominantly this will be a Northern UK based role because the training courses will be conducted from our centre of excellence, that has state of the art cabling and connections equipment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and organise best-in class MV electrical connections training courses
• Deliver cutting-edge training courses in an inspiring and easily understood format
• Liaise with engineers and offer applications support to our customers
• To have an in-depth knowledge of MV electrical connections solutions
• To take ownership of the training centre and it's operation

 Requirements:

• A strong technical background in medium voltage electrical cabling/connections/jointing solutions 
• A dynamic personality and excellent relationship building skills
• You must possess the gravitas to inspire and create confidence
• at least 5 years training manager experience 
• Ability to meet customer requirements and exceed expectations
• To support our internal teams on delivering a complete solution to the customer
