This field application engineer role requires a confident individual to work with our key accounts in the UK. 

Position

As a field applications engineer your primary responsibility is to offer full technical support and accountability at all stages of customers designs & projects, ensuring that technical and commercial objectives are achieved.

• Primarily, this role is to help customers, offering both remote & onsite support for our automation, drives and motion solutions, giving pre & post-project support.

• You will also support our account base with the applications support and the design of automated & motion solutions.

• You will be working closely with our customers engineers and technical decision makers; therefore, it is expected that you will possess a strong technical aptitude and communication skills.

• An automation & drives product background is desired.

• This is a fast-paced role where you will be expected to be onsite with customers on a weekly basis.

• You will also assist the sales team from a technical viewpoint and help them win new projects.

• Previous experience of being a field based engineer within the automation industry is essential.
