This industry leading, global pumps & instrumentation manufacturer was looking to find an experienced individual to further develop their Southern UK wastewater instrumentation business. After being briefed by the sales director, Hayward Resourcing talent mapped all potential candidates that had both instrumentation product experience and wastewater sector knowledge.
The client was looking for an experienced individual with project sales skills and wastewater end user knowledge, coupled with the ability to establish this brand within the wastewater monitoring sector. Hayward Resourcing utilised its vast network of candidates and technical understanding of the instrumentation/IoT industry to deliver the successful candidate.
Hayward Resourcing concluded this recruitment process, and the successful individual started their role in January 2013. 2 years later they were promoted to a European Sales Manager role, and now in 2025 they remain with the organisation as a sales director.
