This German organisation was wanting to recruit a technical sales specialist to target the UK mobile machines OEM’s. They initially looked to utilise a job board and linked-in for their initial candidate search, after two months they decided to engage a recruitment company. Hayward Resourcing was selected for the search campaign due to a strong internal recommendation from the industry sales manager, the position was now time critical.
We provided three high quality candidates with strong mobile machines industry experience, the role was concluded successfully within 5 weeks. The candidate has started his new role in September.
