An exciting opportunity is now available within a leading manufacturer of connectors & cable assemblies solutions. This established organisation operates worldwide and has technology leading solutions to complement its comprehensive product portfolio. The industry sectors that we work within are industrial, transportation, medical and military & aerospace etc.
Position:
As a sales professional your primary responsibility is to ensure that the sale target of £1.5 million+ is achieved.
- This role is to manage and develop an established Northern UK territory, it is expected that this will be accomplished by utilising pro-active sales methods.
- Account management attributes are needed for this role, as we already work with alot of leading OEM's.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that the project pipeline keeps growing through new business development.
- You will be working closely with engineers and technical decision makers; therefore, it is expected that you will possess a strong technical aptitude within the connectors/electronics industry, as well as being a good communicator.
- This is a fast-paced role where you will be expected to maintain a strong emphasis on being customer facing and helping secure new design-in wins.
- You need to be highly a motivated individual and have the personality to inspire confidence within your customer base.
- To be the first point of call to your customers when they need technical advice and applications guidance.
