Candidates:

​Most suitable candidates will have experience within the industrial gearboxes or power transmission industry, and already possess excellent contacts within the process, energy, and heavy industrial sectors etc. You must have a proven track record of developing sales with a keen eye for business development opportunities.

The ideal candidate would already be selling gearboxes or power transmission products or similar engineered solutions into the sectors listed above and must be strong from a technical viewpoint.

Our client is one of the leading providers of industrial gearboxes in the world. They have excellent relationships with their customers and have global revenues more than £50 Million+. They are looking for a proven individual from within the industry to help further develop their sales in the South of the UK.

​Role:

You will be able to demonstrate experience in the following activities:

• Technical sales & industry experience with a good understanding of industrial gearbox applications

• Demonstrate that you can gain new project sales using business development techniques

• Excellent customer service and engineering knowledge are essential

• You must be focussed on profitable revenue growth and have strong negotiation skills

• Ability to plan and manage your own workload

• Already having industry contacts is desirable but not essential
