Overview:

An industry leading business that provides automation solutions into the OEM, system integrators, panel builders and end user sectors, is now looking for a technical sales engineer to cover the North West. This is an established and diverse sales territory with revenues in excess of £2.2 million. 

Products: PLC's, HMI's, automation components & electrical products

The Brief

• A new position has become available within the sales team to facilitate the growth of our automation product range within a North West sales territory.

• We typically sell via specification, therefore strategic sales and technical attributes are desired.

• We are looking for someone who can develop new sales opportunities through tenacious business development skills.

• The successful applicant will also have a strong aptitude for account management and relationship building.

• As a technical sales engineer you would be expected to liaise with engineers and offer applications support to customers.

• This important role demands a committed and dynamic person with an in-depth knowledge of how to sell technical automation solutions to our clients.

• It is imperative that you have a technical sales background, ideally within the automation or electrical industries.
