Techncial Sales Specialist (HAYAUT012)

Overview:

An exciting opportunity is now available within a leading provider of automation products, this established organisation operates globally and is a genuine innovator within the automation industry offering industry 4.0 solutions, sensors, and automation components etc.

They are now looking for a strategic sales professional who understands how to develop sales revenues in the off-highway sectors, these include agricultural vehicles, construction vehicles and municipal vehicles etc.

Position:

As a technical sales specialist your main responsibility is to ensure sales budgets (£3 million+) and commercial objectives are achieved.

• The primary focus of this role is to devise and implement an off-highway sector sales strategy that will ensure strong revenue growth.
• You will be responsible for the management and development of our main off-highway key accounts.
• Your main aim will be to maximise revenues and profit through relationship building and gaining new project orders by specification.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to make people accountable will be required for this multi-faceted role.
• To colloborate and work with our European sales teams to ensure our products are specified and sold ahead of the competition.
• You should be highly entrepreneurial and be motivated to build a solid business model for the off-highway sector.
• This is a hybrid role comprising, working from a home office, customer visits and MS teams meetings.

This position requires an experienced individual from within the off-highway industry, you must have the gravitas to inspire others to help you achieve your company objectives, and you must be comfortable working with higher management on delivering KPI's.
