Part of a group of companies, our European based client is a market leader as a manufacturer of Industrial Bearings and Components etc. As a group they employ over 10,000 people and have an impressive track record of growth supported by substantial investments in its manufacturing plant and technology offering. To capitalise on these improvements, they now seek a Sales Engineer to help influence the next phase of profitable sales growth by:

• Helping to build further sales revenues for its Industrial Bearing solutions by increasing existing account revenues and finding new business within the MRO & Aftermarket sectors.

• Directing and motivating key influencers in major OEM's (Automotive), Distributors and End Users (Rail & Industrial), whilst also delivering tailored sales strategies that exceed growth expectations.

The development of key strategic end-user relationships to ensure the delivery of our brand pull.

• Developing and implementing fresh and creative ways of improving sales performance/effectiveness including forecasting, margin control, sales funnel and sales processes.

The Person Will Be:

• Results oriented and experienced in selling Industrial Bearings (Roller, Precision, Ball etc)

• A hands on sales performer, commercially astute with a track record of developing relationships at all levels.

• Dynamic and energetic in style with first class communication and presentation skills.

• Analytical and demonstrably able to enhance sales, relationships, capacities and sales processes.

• Specific Industrial Bearings Products product experience is required, ideally with a strong Aftermarket/MRO sales background
