As a Key Account Manager, you would be expected to work on your own autonomy, developing our sales into the Automotive sectors and helping our future growth aspirations within major Automotive OEM's.

The main facets of the position are to:

  • Key Account Management and generation of revenues for the UK Territory
  • Ensure KPI’s are maintained to ensure sales targets are met
  • Build close relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 and Tier 2 Automotive companies
  • To maximise customer service and account development
  • Negotiate and close sales, follow up and ensure customer satisfaction at all levels.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure success
  • Weekly reports and sales strategy


Reporting to the Sales Director

But also liaising with other Senior Managers internally and externally


  • The ideal candidate should demonstrate a proven track record of sales achievement within the Automotive sector
  • You will be a strong communicator both written and verbal.
  • You possess the ability to develop sales revenues and bring on board new project opportunities
  • You will be a sales professional/key account manager from within the Lighting or Injection Moulding industry
  • Knowledge of the Automotive OEM and Tier 1&2 sectors would be beneficial
  • You will also possess the ability to close orders & sales effectively
