As a Business Development Manager, you would be expected to work on your own autonomy, developing our sales into the Construction, Aggregate & Mining sectors and helping our future growth aspirations within major End Users & OEM's.

The main facets of the position are to:

  • Business development and generation of revenues for a regional UK territory (To be defined)
  • Ensure KPI’s are maintained to ensure sales targets are met
  • Build close relationships with OEMs & End Users within the Construction, Aggregate & Mining sectors
  • To maximise customer service and account development
  • Negotiate and close sales, follow up and ensure customer satisfaction at all levels.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure success
  • Weekly reports and sales strategy


Reporting to the Sales Director


  • The ideal candidate should demonstrate a proven track record of sales achievement within the Attachments industry
  • You will be a strong communicator both written and verbal.
  • You possess the ability to develop sales revenues and bring on board new business opportunities
  • You will be a sales professional/business development manager from within the Attachments industry
  • Knowledge of OEM's and End User's would be beneficial
  • You will also possess the ability to close orders & sales effectively
